Ella Park

Clinic Director / Pilates / Personal Trainer

Bachelor degree of Physical Education in Korea University. Her mission for the program is to provide members with the most effective and therapeutic exercise program to enable them to live life to the fullest.

Exercise is a natural remedy. She developed a passion for exercise therapy through a diverse range of experiences: as a professional athlete, as a physical education teacher for both special needs students in elementary and gifted students in high school, and during her recoveries from various physical injuries such as an ACL tear, Achilles tendon transplant surgery, and severe disc herniation. Through exercise therapy, incorporating Pilates, resistance training, and corrective functional movement, she triumphed over these injuries. She can empathize with the difficulties of regaining one's footing, especially after being in good shape or recovering from an injury or major life changes. With effective guidance, she truly believes that training can heal, nurture, and fortify your mind, body, and spirit, enabling you to operate at an optimal level in life.

Daniel Song

Kinesiologist / Personal Trainer / Junior Pilates Instructor

As a kinesiologist and personal trainer at Three Steps Fitness, Daniel provides a unique training environment including Pilates, ICBC Active Rehab and strengthening training for himself and his clients.

He is dedicated to helping people reach their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being through exercise, nutrition, and injury rehabilitation.

Daniel did his major in Human Kinetics at TWU where he worked as an athletic therapist while he studied towards his degree. Daniel had always been a sportsperson since high school. He was the captain of the cross country team in high school as well as a part of the swimming team where he eventually worked at the Special Olympics as a swimming instructor.

To his dismay, Daniel suffered an injury that forced him to take a step back from his athletic pursuits. It was during this time that he learned about the importance of rehabilitation. This newfound knowledge sparked Daniel's interest in coaching, weight training, and injury rehabilitation processes.

Daniel's passion for sports and rehabilitation led him to Trinity Western University, where he studied kinesiology and worked as a student athletic therapist. During this time, Daniel honed his skills and gained valuable experience in helping athletes recover from injuries and improve their performance.
